A message dated April 12, 2008, was read stating the Senate passed                                                              
CSHB 226(FIN) with the following amendment and it is transmitted                                                                
for consideration:                                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 226(FIN)                                                                               
     "An Act extending the termination of the state training and                                                                
     employment program; requiring a review of the program; and                                                                 
     providing for an effective date."
